Handicap International (HI) is a non-governmental organization that works specifically with the disabled, whatever the cause of their disability, alleviating their suffering and improving their lives. 50 countries. Having learned of the magnitude of disability due to lymphatic
filariasis, it became a member of the Global Alliance to Eliminate Lymphatic
